Logging into the GM Ultium Dealer Portal

Dealerships must log into the GM Ultium Dealer Portal via the Global Connect App Center.

1. Search in App Center Ultium and click on Ultium Dealer Portal
2. Then Add to my short cuts and launch

There are 2 icons to pick from.  You can either select 'EV High Voltage Battery Orders and Returns' or 'Ultium Dealer Portal'.

After you've added the shortcut and opened the app, you'll be taken to the following page where you must click on the Labelmaster Icon.

If you receive this screen:

For the Username, enter your Global Connect [e-mail]
For the password, enter your Global Connect Password then follow the onscreen instructions.

If you attempt to login via the Labelmaster link, https://ultium.labelmaster.com/, and you get this screen:

Click on "Use another account"
For the Username, enter your Global Connect [e-mail]
For the password, enter your Global Connect Password then follow the onscreen instructions.
